Alameda Street, Compton, CA 90220. I am thankful to our community friend ____________________ Public Affairs for organizing our meeting.
I greatly appreciated reviewing your presentation and proposed development of this property. Recently, I was refreshed and quite captivated by the detail of knowledge shared by ________________, CEO of ____________________ Properties, which he shared in the recent article published by the Los Angeles Business Journal. I must admit and extend my apologies to you, where I was reminded how the roots of _______________ began with cold storage buildings, and how my City to some extent coldly responded to your administrative request to adjoin the properties on Alameda.
Our city should always strive to do better with extending progressive planning, funding, and economic development strategies, expressly when it works in favor to increase the overall wealth and prosperity of the community. I hope you have not fully dismissed working with the city of Compton. I would like to open our doors and revisit your proposed plan that you so courteously shared last year. I am speaking with our City Manager to initiated a second opportunity with the Alameda street property and working to enliven the best use possible for the property.
Please accept my sorrows in the losses that your team members of _________________________ have endured this year resulting from the dreadful wildfires. For all of the lives affected, please know that my thoughts and prayers are all-embracing.
